Main Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and execution of annual sales budget, targets and strategies. Be responsible to achieve sales targets and marketing tasks.

  2. Be responsible to the business development and contract negotiations.

  3. Responsible for Sales related activities from Pre-Sales through After-Sales to ensure TrinaBESS professionalism and ease of communications for customers. Candidate should expect business traveling to visit customers and sites.

  4. Responsible for marketing and sales process improvement and optimization;

  5. Need to be a team player to cooperate with other departments to support the sales business ‘growth.

  6. Be responsible to the Market Intelligence - market trend analysis and collection of customer requirements (including latest Certification development) & competitors’ activities; supports products’ pricing, improvement and development.

  7. Have a good sense of Public relations with governmental bodies and related industry organizations.

  8. Strong sense of organization skills to organize project complexity and commercial sense to pull together different resources and parties to materialize project opportunities.


Job Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years’related working experience. Management experiences a plus.

  2. Bachelor of Business Adminstration/Public Relations/Media/Egineering (or higher). Individual with energy storage experience is preferred.

  3. Familar with the industry related organizations and governmental bodies.

  4. Proficient in energy storage products, projects and marketing channel of Australia(Especially familiar with Australian market, electric power trade),experience and understanding of electrical compliance codes, grid transmission conditions in Australia and appointed market/s, utility-scale energy storage or micro-grid network have added advantage.

  5. Fluent English ability is mandatory.

  6. Good professional ethics with high sense of responsibility and professionalism.

  7. Willing to travel internationally (New Zealand and Pacific Islands) and within domestic markets.

  8. Must possess "take ownership" attitude, patience with customers, but capable of being firm to execute and deliver results with company’s interest in mind. Self-motivated and team work spirit. Treat the sustainable growth of company as the target of personal career growth.
